Weeping Bank Productions presents an evening of short Horror films. The evening will end with the screening of the three runners up and the overall winner, followed by the presentation of prizes.Â
A panel of judges from he world of horror have chosen a selection of highly commended films.Â
Our mission is to create an international film festival and put the Black Country on the international horror film map!Â
